1. Information we store

• Account: your email address and the credential needed to authenticate (stored hashed, never in plaintext).
• Your content: the chamber geometries you save and their version history.
• Simulation runs: the parameters you submit and the computed results (field maps, etc.).
• Session: the authentication session token/cookie used to keep you logged in.
• Basic technical logs: minimal server logs needed to operate the service and diagnose errors.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to authenticate accounts, store and reproduce your geometries and runs, provide and reliably operate the service, and diagnose errors and maintain security. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

3. Retention

Account details and saved geometries are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Simulation run results are retained up to the 30 most recent on Free and the 150 most recent on Pro; older results beyond that are removed automatically. Runs you pin are exempt and are not removed. When you request account deletion, associated data is deleted within a reasonable period, except items we are legally required to retain.

4. Cookies and authentication session

We use an authentication session cookie/token that is strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not currently run third-party advertising, tracking cookies, or external analytics trackers. (An internal event hook exists but has no sink wired up, so it does not actually transmit data.)

5. Third parties

The service runs on server/hosting infrastructure. If paid billing is enabled in the future, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor that processes card details — we do not store them; billing is not currently active. Except where required by law, we do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

6. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards such as password hashing and authenticated access control. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can manage and delete saved geometries and run data directly in the service; for account deletion or other requests, contact us below.
